Welcome to Spur Strap Minis. By accessing or using SpurStrapMinis.com, placing a deposit, joining our waitlist, or purchasing a puppy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and applicants.

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the website or servers

• Not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission

All photos, videos, text, and branding on SpurStrapMinis.com are the intellectual property of Spur Strap Minis.

Puppy availability is not guaranteed.
Breeding plans can change based on:

• Heat cycles

• Litter sizes

• Health considerations

• Breeder discretion

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust breeding plans at any time.

A. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits or reservation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of heart

• Change in personal situation

• Preferred gender or color not available

• Timeline changes

Deposits represent a commitment and help us maintain an organized waitlist.

B. Transfer of Deposits

Deposits may be transferred to a future litter one time, unless agreed otherwise.

C. Selection Order

Puppy selection follows the order of deposits received.
We reserve the right to:

• Retain any puppy for our own program

• Move buyers to another litter if needed

All prices are subject to change prior to deposit.
Once a deposit is placed, the price for your selected puppy is locked in.

Full payment is due before or at pickup (or before shipping).
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the puppy and any payments made.

We accept payment methods listed on our website or provided directly to you.

All puppies leave Spur Strap Minis with:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations

• Deworming

• Socialization appropriate for their age

• Started crate training

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the health guarantee:

• Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery

• Puppy must be kept up to date on vaccinations and deworming

• Puppy must receive appropriate recommended nutrition and care

Failure to follow these guidelines voids the health guarantee.

Coverage

If your veterinarian identifies a life-threatening congenital defect within the guarantee period:

• You may return the puppy for a replacement from a future litter

No monetary refunds will be given.

Our 5 year health guarantee is available to all puppies who

• Complete a wellness exam with their vet within 72 hours

• Feed our recommended nutritional system from nutritionforpaws.com to include food and companion supplement daily without lapse.

We offer:

• In-person pickup

• Ground transport

• Cargo shipping through trusted airlines

All shipping costs, travel crates, health certificates, and transportation-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Once a puppy is transferred to the transporter, airline, or flight nanny, responsibility for the puppy shifts to the buyer.

By purchasing a puppy, you agree to:

• Provide lifelong care, love, and stability

• Maintain regular veterinary visits

• Provide quality food and safe living conditions

• Not abandon, neglect, or surrender the puppy to a shelter

If you can no longer keep the dog at any point, we require that the dog be returned to us (no refund implied).

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service or cancel a sale at our discretion

• Keep any puppy for our program

• Cancel a sale if we determine the home is not suitable

If we cancel a sale before pickup for reasons unrelated to the buyer’s actions, a full refund will be given.

While we provide educated estimates based on lineage, we cannot guarantee:

• Adult size or weight

• Ear set

• Eye color

• Coat color or markings

• Temperament or drive

• Suitability for show, breeding, or working homes

All puppies are sold as companion pets unless breeding rights are explicitly granted in writing. Our guardian program policies should be reviewed.

Spur Strap Minis is not responsible for:

• Veterinary bills incurred after pickup

• Accidents, injuries, or illnesses after the puppy leaves our home

• Behavioral issues due to lack of training or improper care

• Costs related to transportation delays or cancellations

Your purchase indicates that you assume responsibility for the puppy upon transfer.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using the site or submitting forms, you consent to those terms.

By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or other content to Spur Strap Minis, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes our website, social media, printed materials, and other advertising platforms. We will never share private or sensitive personal information, and we will only use content voluntarily provided to us or content we have created ourselves.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
Continued use of the website or participation in the purchasing process signifies acceptance of updated terms.
