At Spur Strap Minis, the safety and well-being of our puppies come first. We take every precaution to ensure that puppies travel safely to their new families. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our available options, requirements, costs, and responsibilities.

By reserving or purchasing a puppy from SpurStrapMinis.com, you agree to the policies below.

We always prefer that families pick up their puppy in person.
This allows:

• A smooth transition for the puppy

• Face-to-face communication

• An opportunity to review care instructions, feeding, and training tips

Pickup typically occurs at 8 weeks of age unless otherwise arranged.

Pickup Location

Pickup is arranged in NW Oregon, and the exact address will be provided once your puppy is purchased.

Pickup Requirements

• A confirmed pickup appointment

• A completed shopping list to include a crate, food, supplements, and all preparations.

• Payment must be completed prior to or at pickup (depending on your agreed method)

Failure to arrive on time without communication may result in forfeiture of the puppy and any payments made.

For those living outside a 3 hour distance for In Person Pickup, we can always arrange local delivery to surrounding states. This can only be done at our convenience but we will personally deliver your puppy via our own transportation. Some fees may apply. Local Delivery states can include Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, Nevada, and Utah.

We are blessed to have puppy clients all over the United States. Crate training our puppies early ensures for a smooth and seamless flight. This can be an option for anyone outside of driving distance. We always choose direct flights whenever possible and walk you through the entire process. As a buyer, you will have the convenience of picking up your puppy at your nearest airport. Don't worry! It isn't as hard as it seems. We do everything for you on our end and give detailed instructions for you to follow! Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to include airfare, airline approved crate, vet health exam, and airline approved health certificate.
